The little house with the red-colored roof is especially well suited for kindergarten children. The rustic design encourages imaginative play. Thanks to the benches and a small movable table, the house is also suitable for groups in shaded areas. The interior size is approx. 150 × 150 cm. The standing height inside is between 110 cm and 180 cm in the middle. On request, the house is also available in other dimensions. The version in spruce wood is especially inexpensive and easy to assemble. The variant in oak wood meets the highest demands, is made to last forever and is extremely weather-resistant. We nevertheless recommend an annual coat with a natural wood glaze from AURO. We also offer a matching fence in the same style, charged per meter, which can optionally include a gate. Just ask. For assembly you need four strong people, a cordless screwdriver and – depending on skill and location – about 2–3 hours. Delivery is in the following components: 4 side walls, 4 corner posts, 1 floor, 1 fully assembled roof, 3 benches (each approx. 1 m), 1 small round table, screws for assembly. Assembly is limited to joining the four side walls to the four corner posts using a total of 16 screws, inserting the floor and placing the roof. The fully assembled roof weighs up to 250 kg, which is why at least four strong helpers are required for the oak version. The spruce version is much lighter; two helpers are sufficient here. The installation site should be level and water-absorbent. Ideal is a firm ground where no water remains standing and rainwater can drain quickly. A foundation or anchoring in the ground is not necessary – the house stands safely and storm-proof thanks to its own weight.
